Looking at games etc we have been playing we where thinking that possibly renting a machine instead of a game server would be good so we can run whatever game we want!

Prices are either around £200 pounds a year, or £400 depending on size of the machine rented. £200 is 1-2 game server instances and £400 double that amount.

Anyone interestend in chipping in?

Seems to be cleaner and in my opinion better than the DayZ db one...

Download the map
Go here http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=7467 to download the files. DayZ Commander seems broken... Its only a 167mb download so nothing to serious

Extract files to the Operation Arrowhead folder
Open the OA folder and you should see a lot of folders named @DayZ etc. Extract the folder from the prevous download here. It should be named @panthera

Add launch parameter to DayZ commander
Go to the "Settings" menu and put "-mod=@panthera" in the "Additional launch parameters" field (4th from the top)

After the major incident last night we kindof ran out of interesting vehicles and I talked to some of you earlier today and most seemed to approve of the idea of testing a new map. I dont think anyone has played the map yet so the start will be interesting :D
