ACERCA DE [OptiX] Gaming

Welcome

I am sad to announce that OptiX will be shutting down for now. Its come that time for some of us to move on. We had a good run this past year, and I will look forward to one day running a community again. First off, I would like to thank each and everyone of you for all your dedication to OptiX and our servers. Without you, we would not have been able to come this far.

I would like to personally thank my senior management and long time admins for sticking it out through the bad times, and still coming on here doing your best to keep OptiX alive. San has worked hard over the last year and did a fantastic job running some of the smoothest servers I have ever played in managing up to 11 servers across 4 games. Remo and Chaos also deserve a big thank you, since they have put more time and money into this community then one could ever ask for. They all have been a big part of this community, and made OptiX gaming. I could not have done it with out them. I would also like to thank Legion and the Mrs for being apart of OptiX and helping me start it since day one.

Frosty, Gutter, Pook, Absolute, and all the admins in the servers would were dedicated and always helping us out, I can't thank you enough for being apart of this. If I missed anyone I am sorry, and I'll add anyone I come across that I missed. To all the teams that have been sponsored, especially Lettuce Frag and Prelude, thanks for all the support, dedication, and representing optix gaming.

Rotation Server becomes DM Rotation & Optix Launches CSS BETA SERVER

Thats right, if you are lucky enough to have the beta, then come play in our jam jelly packed server @ 206.217.133.132:27015.

Also, we have changed out Rotation Server to a DM Rotation with the following maps:

OptiX Gaming CSS 5v5 Tournament - Open for sign up

Thank you for participating in this tournament brought to you by OptixGaming.com
Our goal is to create the most enjoyable competitive gaming experience possible.
These tournaments involve organized game play and prizes for winning teams.

Rules

- Teams are to follow the ECO Rules posted @ http://www.eco-league.com
- No ACS is required.
- MM2 required with the exception of team leaders.
- 5 Vs 5 / 30 Rounds (15 Per side).
- First team to 16 rounds wins, after 30 rounds & the game is tied overtime will be played until a winner has taken the title.
- Matches will be conducted by Tournament Admins on Optix Servers.
- All teams and players must be in our ventrilo in order to play matches 15 minutes prior to start of the match
- Team leaders must agree upon a match time within 48 hours of each match's start time that will be declared before the tournament start time.
- Only the winning team is required to report match outcome.

Map List:

Round 1 - de_season
Round 2 - de_cpl_mill
Round 3 - de_cpl_strike
Round 4 - de_inferno

Championship Round will be best of 3 maps. One map will be selected by each team (no repeats) and the third to be agreed upon by both teams. The map list and Rules can be changed at anytime at the discretion of OptiX Gaming. It is the team leaders responsibility to keep their team updated on any changes.

Prizes

1st Place - Full Sponsorship (Server, Private Forums, Vent Space), CEVO/ESEA/LAN Fees paid, & Customized OptiX Gaming T-Shirts.
2nd Place - Partial Sponsorship (Private forums, Vent, & Pvt Server) & Customized OptiX Gaming T-Shirts.

Other Prizes TBA.

How do I sign up?

- Select the 'Tournament' Tab at the top of the site's navigation.
- If you are a team leader click "Create Team" on the left hand side.
Once your team has been created, you can approve member requests by
clicking on your team name under team list. When you have a min. of 5 members registerd,
you can click the view tournaments link, and "join tournament".
- When the tournament is full or the deadline is met, it will begin and brackets will be created to show status.
- If you are a team member (not leader) once the team you are on has been registered, you can view the team list under the tournaments tab and select your team. You must then request to join team and wait for the leader to accept you.
- When your team reaches 5 members, your team can then join the tournament.

hey guys i found something interesting for you ^^ if you wanna get a game but don't have money for the game try these sites to participate in free offers (surveys, videos and more...) and get free steam games or steam wallet for the points you earn there. It will take some of your time earning points but the good thing is that you also can refer the sites to others (like i do ^^) and get points for their completed offers. So if you're interested, give it a try and you'll see that its worth it :)
(...and if you don't trust that sites at the beginning, check them out using a fake-account :P)
