English/UK DarkRP now uses Downtown

We had to pick smaller map for this time, so players could easily find each other, while there isn't so much of them. rp_downtown_v4c_v2 also supports cars, so we've put them there too. Join, invite your friends, have fun.

Will join, but I think you should still use the map on the russian server. It's big, but much, much better.
