Wasting Dota 2 Hours by 'AFKing' is a prohibited act according to the 1978 Online Time-Wasting Act, as imposed under jurisdiction of the US government, Australian government, Valve Corporation, and all associated parties under the 'Dota 2' cohort. The associated parties have come to the conclusion that the hours so-called 'used' by party 'PandaForce' on 'Dota 2' are put to meaningless use. This warning is sent with the intention of enforcing a restriction on the hours so-called party 'PandaForce' may be permitted to engage in 'Dota 2' entertainment. Such is the mutuality of this decision that refusal to abide by the recent implemented scheme under speaking will result in dire consequences, which are not to be explained in great detail as of yet.

It is the associated parties' dire wish for the party 'PandaForce' to understand the significance of their mutual decision and recognise that action against party 'PandaForce' will be enforced if a common agreement is not met.

The parties thank you for your time and do dearly hope that the party 'PandaForce' does not make this anymore difficult, as they do not yet wish to execute any further legal action against party 'PandaForce'.
