Tasteful, artistic, and erotic nudes

I have a very fine definition of what I consider art and what I consider pornography. Many may not agree with me, but regardless, I wish to define my personal feelings on the two and would love to hear what others think. I am also posting this so that I may root out pornographic photos if people try and post them here.

There are 3 basic forms of what I consider "nude art."

Tasteful Nudes: These are mostly photographs, they may not have an artistic expression or meaning to them, but they display the form in a tasteful manner with a focus on the beauty of the subject from head to toe.

Nude Art: Nude art is a photograph, painting, etc. that display a nude figure in an artistic fashion with a form of expression attached or a visual motif meant to tantalize the viewer with more than just the figure in the portrait. While they display the nude form, it is not the base focal point but rather a part of a greater image.

Erotic Art: This is where a lot of people begin to disagree with me. Eroticism is NOT porn, when done properly. Erotic art is a portrait or painting meant to illicit a sexual attraction, but without actually showing explicit sexual imagery; rather suggesting it instead through poses and like nude art, including a seductive focal point that is more than just the actual nude figure.

I have a beef with some sites such as "MetArt" or "HegreArt," while they do sometimes put out tasteful and beautiful photos, I am tired of people thinking that they are nude or erotic art just because their name has "Art" in the title. One of the things I do NOT consider 'artistic' or 'tasteful' is a woman completely spread eagled, especially if they show her genetalia in a graphic close up. That is porn, not art. Every part of the female or male body, including the genetalia, can be represented in art, but it must be done properly rather than just zooming a camera in on it.

Pornography does have an art of its own, but it is not the kind of art that one can truly respect in the same manner as a tasteful or artistic nude. Porn is simply meant to display sexual imagery to fuel sexual desires. Explicitly focusing on the genetalia, showing people in an aroused state (Erect penis, wet vulva) and of course explicit sexual content including any form of intercourse or other sexual acts such as masturbation, oral, or otherwise. Anything that explicitly shows sexual coersion is porn. I am not opposed to porn, I won't lie I have found it to be somewhat of a marital aid much like a sex manual, but porn does not have its place in this group or in the world of nude art. As I said in the description, if you post porn, you are banned.
