A Group for Players at any level, wishing to improve

I am by no means a pro gamer. But like many other people it is a hobby I enjoy and spend a lot of time on and I've always wondered, if you really sink the time in and effort, is it possible to go from the bottom rung of a competitive game to the top. So I wanted to create a group for anyone of the same mind. If you have an interest in improving your game play and actively getting better at Counter Strike, or any other game for that matter. Join up and get involved in the community. Help your fellow players improve as well and hopefully with some effort, we can all be better off for it and enjoy the game we love.
