NRSO has just been formed. That means I would like to take this chance to warmly welcome our first new members, and remind everyone that we treat our fellow Spec Ops team members with respect. Failure to do so will result in a warning and removal from the group if neccesary.

While I may not be online 24/7, I will do my best to monitor the activity of the group. Anything I'm unable to attend to I will instruct one of the Officers to see to for me. Once we're ready, I'll begin to schedule events from time to time. These events will never be compulsory, but they are intended to be fun and social, and the more the merrier.

When participating in team events and such, authority will be automatically given to the Officer attending. If more than one Officer is attending, the matter of authority will be decided either between them or by me, if I am available. If I am not present there should always be at least one Officer attending the event. Any situations meaning no Officers are able to attend will result in the event being cancelled or postponed.

If I am present at said events, which I intend to be most of the time, authority then goes to me.

So remember your training and gear up soldiers, this is only the beginning.
