Once again I want to remind everyone that this is an issue caused by our webhost affecting nearly 1,000,000 websites. It's unacceptable and unless I'm convinced their business practices will change, I am planning to transfer us to a new VPS.

Nothing I can do. I'll probably migrate to a new VPS plan once I get a hold of the files. Database has recently been backed up off site, so even in a catastrophic failure I can restore users and posts to a new vbulletin install.
