Week 2 Schedules Released

Week 2 Schedules have been released. Teams with 5 or more active players have received a schedule, and teams with less then 5 players have been inactivated.

If your team received a Forfeit Win for week 1, you will receive an automatic makeup match tomorrow (Friday night). The default day for this makeup will be Sunday (25th), and the deadline (if teams agree on a time other then default) will be Wednesday (28th) 11:59pm, the same time your week 2 scheduled match is required to be reported by. It will appear in place of your old week 1 match.

• The use of ACS is MANDATORY FOR ALL MATCHES - It must be run prior to starting Source.

• The default match time is Monday 8:30pm in your conference time zone. If teams cannot agree on an alternate time and date, the match is to be held at the default time and day specified in your division.

• The scheduler of each team is REQUIRED to contact their opponent scheduler at least one day prior to the default match night by 11:00pm (Sunday) in their conference time zone to discuss potential match scheduling/rescheduling and server, SRCTV, and scorebot arrangements. You need to agree on what server the match will be played on and both teams need to exchange server information, therefore both teams can ping the server and make sure the server is deemed playable. The Home team gets the first half and the away team has the option of playing the second half on there server. Failure to do so may result in a forfeit loss against your team.

• The deadline to report matches will be 11:59pm PST Wednesday of the same week scheduled. Failure to do so will result in a double forfit loss to both teams. We will only allow extensions on special circumstances which would need to be determined by the Division Manager or Game Manager. You must contact us prior to the deadline to request an extension and we will post in your matchcomm if it is granted.

• The use of the Match Comm’s system is MANDATORY for match scheduling. NO other means of scheduling will be accepted as proof of scheduling. The link to Match Comm can be found on the right hand sidebar of the cal open page under my matches.
