A team is a group of people or other animals linked in a common purpose. Human teams are especially appropriate for conducting tasks that are high in complexity and have many interdependent subtasks.
A group does not necessarily constitute a team. Teams normally have members with complementary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated effort which allows each member to maximize their strengths and minimize their weaknesses. Teams like this exist to bring people together, to kick ass in pubs and claim fame in ranked.

We have finally achieved the set number of members we wanted for the group, it's been amazing and I loved recruiting.

Now with over 30 members we can finally start actively planning an organising a group tournament.

If you are unaware of how the tournaments work then please refer to our very first anouncement. When this will happen? I'm not sure we need to organise teams and closely communicate by messaging me by adding me or by group chat.

I would like everybody to add me if their not friends with me already since I can communicate more.

When me and the leader begin schuduling this event I will create a discussion where you must... put in your team leader, team name and members of your team to be in the tournament this requires everybody to form teams.

I would love to start off by saying the growth of this group has been amazing and I'd like to thank everyone who helped to make it 22 members.

We are only 8-9 members away from starting to host our tournaments which will include around 6 teams competing against each other for a prize, it has not been possible lately with the sudden growth only getting us to 22 members but once we hit 30 (which we are close to) then we can start hosting tournaments.

I'd like to finish this by saying that every single member is free to add each other if they wish to play some friendly PUBS or would like to play RANKED instead, we encourage a friendly yet competitive environment in this group and I would like it to stay that way.
