1) Have 350+ games on 1 hero, with a favorable WR on it (53.5%+)
2) Have a crazy stats on your account ( example: 1300 games, 750 wins / 550, highly abused heroes, KDA more than 4.3 .
OR:
3) Your rank is not lower than LEGEND 3 (exceptions can be attended)
4) You would like to play in a party with 5 OneHeroSpammer's and destroy other players using an advantage developers left for you in another incompleted patch.
5) You want to try your best in a tournaments.
