Q asked me to say that the server update is done. He's stuck at work so he said sorry for the delay.

Don't start building your new base yet though - Q still has to change the map seed when he gets back in half an hour or so.

I haven't seen it myself, but the map for Hapis says there's an airfield in the south west.

The NIPD have housemates this wipe! Also, Hapis Island is pretty cool, eh? Whoever had the idea of trying it must be some kind of genius! :-)

Josh hasn't got any issues other than that he's into Star Trek Online at the moment! Mr Leprechaun is having issues with his AMD R9 card, which is apparently an AMD drivers issue.

My Rust is bordering on not being playable because of all the freezes. When it happens at an inopportune moment it's very frustrating. I see a wolf in the middle distance, freeze up nearly a minuite, and wake up to find that I've been eaten :-S

New graphics card arriving tomorrow for me, so fingers crossed it'll make a difference.

Glad to see it back up. Now I just have to somehow get Rust running without freezes so that I can encounter animals without definitely dying! :-)

It's late at night I know, but the server isn't showing up in my recent or favourites list.

Some computer issues and some home decoration issues are affecting our ability to commit to playing Rust at the moment. Joshua Chinchilla's PC is unhooked. Rust hasn't been getting my attention. Mr Lep has been having some fun on modded servers, but as a whole the NIPD have been absent. Joshua Chinchilla has some important exams going on. Just wanted to say that we haven't deserted Nomads Island. Just a bit busy with stuff at the moment. :-)

I like the new bigger map. I haven't noticed any significant performance drop from it, and it feels a bit more epic. Also, it's still possible to find places with trees and rocks even after a few days of mapwide base-building.
