Yup, seem's there's gonna be a wipe tonight as reported on Rustafied.

There is an XP wipe too BUT devs have provided server admins with the ability to restore XP databases.

Now, we all know what a fuck up the last update did to many servers and a lot of people lost their XP - so to compensate for this, I installed XP Equaliser. This was great for our regular players to start with as they got an XP boost to make up for some of the loss, but was is now obvious with XP Equaliser is that new players joined and were issued with XP higher than half of the existing players.

This might be fairer for new players as way for them to progress quicker, but it's not fair for those who have worked their way up, only to find new player comes in and is issued with a higher XP.

So ! After we wipe and update tonight, I will be removing XP Equaliser, so new players will have to start from XP1.

I was considering whether or not to let the XP data wipe at the same time, but I don't think many of you would like that.

So.......... Unless I have a few of our regular players saying "go ahead and wipe XP" before I do the update, I will keep XP data in place.

Hi All,

Just wanted to feedback that since i disabled the kits mod on the server, the random restarts appear to have stopped.

I've had my character logged onto the server now for over 18 hours now, so I think it's far to say we are sorted.

I will keep an eye on the kits mod for any updates before bringing it back.
