The server's back, and we're testing a new admin mod called PAC, I've added all the previous ranks, and SBMP IS BACK!

There's been an uprise of servers being hacked, so the server will be down for a while. Once I restart it, we'll be temporarily using PAC admin system (replacing ULX) for security and to test it. The server will be passworded for a few weeks. Also, you won't be able to upload or download anything, so don't build something of huge value and dupe it.
