The NGRMY is giving ranks and quest, ranks can be earned by compleating 3 challenges or good action is reported. You can also buy ranks with engie wrenches or scrap(there are prices withen rank). Gad, I played a Gmod custom map and got ranked. So i think it does count. As for the zombie riot n' stuff, Not sure.

Do playing Horror mods in other games count? Like in C:SS(Zombie riot, zombie escape). Also, do playing horror maps count too?
