Horrendous to Great, and add it to the points for the missions (for ex 1-15) so in that example, Horrendous = 1 pt . Bad = 3 pt . Mediocre = 5 pt . Good = 10 pt . Great = 15 pt . but for missions everyone gets the same amount of points, so if the mission went bad everyone gets 3 pt .
