Hey, for the moment it looks like this match will be played sometime on Wednesday evening.


XAC anti-cheat is required for EUGL. You need to register at the site and then test it out to make sure it's uploading screenshots correctly.


Demos of the full match must also be recorded.


Some rules to note:

*Chatting in general with the other team is not forbidden, the request of the opposition to use teamchat only however has to be respected and allows noone to chat globally except for essential communication. [Basically if the other team asks you to use teamchat only, you need to comply. IMO, it's best to just not chat during a match.]


Illegal actions:

*The silentcrouch glitch (even in ghostmode).

*Ladder blocking.

*Losing the 3rd tank to AI on final maps.

*Enter the Rescue Vehicle of a map as Tank.

*Using thirdpersonshoulder.

*Killing a SI or SI-ghost before the match has started.

Currently on a dual-core E6700 at 3.2. Yeah it does look really teamplay intense which makes it so much better :p. I'll be sure to check out that tourny to see some big plays =p.

What's your specs?

Graphics card really doesn't matter at the moment. It's all about how fast a single core is. The people with the best performance have OCed i5-2500k's at like 4.8GHz.

I have a i5 750 at 3.2 and it runs okay. I wouldn't recommend playing it with anything below that for now.


Yeah, playing PCWs is where the fun is at for me. It's one of those games that needs a lot of teamwork and you just don't get that when playing on public servers. There is a small beta tounrmanet going on in a few weeks that I am playing in. Look out for me on NS2HDs channel (he is casting it). I play for team duplex. :)

Ahh pretty low numbers yeah :o, hopefully as you said then the performance will improve soon and get more players. It looks like a lot of fun especially for clan play. I dont think I could play it on current graphics card, would cause too much problems especially now. But it does look interesting

Player numbers are pretty low. In europe there's like 1-2 servers that have players on them regularly and only 3 active clans.

If you go here and click on "# servers, # players online" you can see the server list and people currently playing.

Main reason is performance I think. You basically need a core i5 or above for it to be at least playable. Apparently there's a big update coming up in the next few weeks though, so it may improve after that.

Hopefully it will become popular once they actually release the final version on steam, but that's probably a little way off yet.

NIce vid :p, I've seen some other vids on it by NS2HD before, it looks really promising especially for a beta. Hows the player base? quick to find a game?
