Map time depends a lot on coin distribution. If you are prepared to grind hard, you can potentially cut off big chunks of time by skipping slow-to-reach areas. The stair placements on each floor are pretty interesting and make it hard to see one obvious 'flow' as the best for this map!

My 1P competition time (1m 48s). Didn't realize I'd have a spare wrench this run, so could have saved time at the final stairs. Obviously took a little bit of grinding, maybe 1.5 hours, to get coins to fall nicely enough.
