Ok so i'm at a room here, isaac Repentance. Using the "External Descriptions" mod:
The mod says the following recipe:

D6 ( Breakfast item ) = 1 red heart 4 pennies 3 bombs

I fill the recipe and it gives me Breakfast, and not D6...
