1) There is no way to see who has downloaded it, unless they post a comment.

2) It restocks daily, just check the next day around the time you last looked.

3) You can select multiple screenshots with ctrl or shift in the file selection dialog.

4) I would say best are Photoshop, GIMP, Paint.NET. Just make a file 128x128, only use Nearest Neighbor resampling, and stick to 1x-4x scale.

Hi, the moderators made a decision to stop giving seals to death music and "xxxx mode" mods as they are no longer meet the criteria for being unique. My guess is they sealed your mod originally, and removed it as per their new guidelines.
