I want to login through steam in the modding of isaac site and I made everything right but it says
"invalid login credentials" what is this how can I stop it?

I downloaded a mod which I got as .rar file. I wanted to extract this to my recourse folder, but I couldn´t. I downloaded 7Zip, but I didn´t know what I should to. I tried to open it, but I couldn´t extract the folder I got then. Can somebody help me?
