Try to reinstall the game, had similiar problem, I don't quite remember how I solved it but reinstall is always the first guess

i'd suggest either getting the mod on steam or check if your pc name doesn't have non english letters, there just google how to fix this problem

you need original, you cant download mods on cracked version, trust me bud i tried

i don't know how to do this, but i am very sure there was a possibility of doing that

that because repentance is a dlc, there is no repentance mods yet, all of previous mods are on afterbirth+

your main account probably had previously non-english letters in it, you need to make separate accounts fully with english names, helped me for sure

your windows account connot have your native language letters

you probably have too many mods turned on, add them step by step, and then turn off in game and add another one, this will prevent game for crashing while you have all mods on your game

i think you cannot, you need original game, i had crack version once, there is no way to get mods for it
