My only guess would be that the title doesn't directly describe what the mod does, and is rather lengthy. First name basis straight up tells you "Adds the items the characters named!", where as All the Trouble to unlock that is a bit cryptic, as without looking at the thumbnail, it seemed to me to be an "all unlock requirements gone" mod. then again the mods could have missed it, because they're only human.

it just hangs there, right before it uploads.

I see many absurd mods get it within 6 hours (like A SINGLE MUSIC TRACK), yet i can never seem to find the criteria.
