I'm getting the same thing also. I can not download anything no matter what I do. I've logged in and out and also even put my steam account on private then put it back on public. I also did these things combined. Don't know whats wrong, hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Same thing here. Let me know if you find a way to fix it. I'm having trouble downloading also.
