I call bullcrap on alot of the recent mods.

As you can see, https://moddingofisaac.com/mod/1481/vanilla-samson this mod has a Seal Of Approval, but, alot of mods already do this

can i get a explanation to the fact that alot of these mods that have Seal Of Approval dont follow the rules for it?
