1.1, 1.1.1, etc. are versions. Older versions are archived and can be downloaded. Not sure about your 1st issue, might be a bug.

Then ignore point B, why the hell did the notification say that it was deleted by a moderator?

When I deleted a comment of mine (this one, to be exact)[www.moddingofisaac.com], a notification appeared saying "A comment of yours has been deleted by a moderator". Even though a) I'm not a moderator, and b) A notification for your comment getting deleted shouldn't appear if you're the one who deleted it.

Just rename all folders and xmls in the resources folder (excluding the "packed" folder) to something else. Either that or move them to somewhere else.

The download button only makes noise when you click it while logged out (i.e. when it's useless). Might be a problem with Firefox (the browser i use).
