Oh damn, its just that, i had no clue how to activate that, thank you dude

So Antibirth should have a in-game missing hud and the extra item hud on the right side just like Afterbirth. I installed the game normally but i can't use both of those, and i also cant find any way to activate it. Is that probably an installation error?
