As a quick fix, try logging out and in again, I think that will update your username.

Mods have to be reviewed by moderators, which might not have happened until now. Also your mod contains content from another mod, this can be a reason when your mod was not sealed instead of deleted.

You mods need to be appoved to show up in the newest mods page, you can find all mods via the browse function.

You best look for this in /r/themoddingofisaac or request ir in the official mod request thread (sticky). Also the website has a browse function http://moddingofisaac.com/mods/browse you might find something there.

Top mods should not have a second page, for the others make sure you have javascript enabled and use a modern browser. Only the newest version of the desktop Chrome and Firefox are really supported.

On the other hand can you see flyes sometimes flying over the screen? Is your screen so big that the loading icon is visible without scrolling?
