First, you must go to the workshop of isaac and select the mod that you want, second, you need to copy the link of the mod and go to an workshop downloader, download the mod and take it to the mods folder, and third, you need to exctract it here. if not work try change the name of the mod folder! (If u have repentance you need the 4.0.4) :D

I've gotten mods on the cracked version but its much easier to get mods by buying it but if you need help just look it up on YouTube
