I can't install mods.
I haven't got The Binding of Isaac on my steam but i have it in my files and i can play it. I can't install mods, but i have the mods button in my menu, please help me.

I can't install mods.
I have The Binding of Isaac:Rebirth on steam and will not download any of the mods. I have all the dlc and played more then 11h .
