i need help
ive been trying to download mods for a whole now but i cant. ive look on modding of isaac help, videos on how to download. but i cant find my steam library in hardrive, all i see is binding of isaac shortcut. I really need help please

Not sure if I can post imgur links, I'll try. But basically you right click the game in your Library -> Properties -> Click local Files tab -> Browse Local Files
