Error with running or using a mod.
Whenever I try to download a mod, it won't appear in the game - I used the Resource extractor to see if that would help, nothing, used the file validation thing, nothing, even tried a clean installation of my computer, nothing. Any tips or suggestions on what to do? Thanks. (and the mod I tried installing was the Blue Color for the built-in Missing HUD, I got it to work once before this incident)

The most common probem is that you have to restart the game to have the mod. Also, resource extractor will not help.
If not, then I'm not sure. Sorry.
