Modding for rebirth
So i been looking into making a mod for iassc for a long time, any tips?

Why rebirth you must ask,well i dont have the money for afterbirth and i think that it would be easier for me to learn how to code so i can make more mods for diffrent games.

Extract the game files using Rick's unpacker, read the .xml files (using a text editor), try to figure out what's their purpose and how the game reads them. Otherwise it's just image editing (and a bit of sound editing).

No coding involved.
