This is only a graphical issue on your side, you can try reloading the page or clearing your browser cache (CTRL + SHIFT + DEL)

Nope, it was replaced by the conjoined one. I looked in the list of the ones I had and there was no epic fetus.

Your current icon seems to be the Dr Fetus[moddingofisaac.com] one. If this is not icon you mean please tell me which icon you mean on this sheet.[moddingofisaac.com]

The one with the baby coming off it's head, and then another baby coming off that one. On chart, its (row, column) 6, 28.

Yes you have this icon in your account, but did you mean this was the icon you lost or the one you gained?
Please tell me which icon you lost and which you gained instead, so that I can fix you problem.

I think it was a problem serverside, because it has been fixed, though it wasn't just me, since it took several days.
