So I see some questions about how to download mods in the website even though you have the game and made your account public. This player here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/groups/moddingofisaac/discussions/4/3211505894109357605/ found out later on that they also should make their Game Details public in their privacy settings as well, and that it worked. I did so, and it seems I can download them now after relogging in the mod site. Hope this helps!
