"failed to add mods on the collection"
i can't add mods on my collections, i got this bug when i join this page.

I wasn't able to reproduce this on testing or live. Are you still having this issue? Are you able to add mods to a new collection?

Just chiming in that I'm having the same problem. Tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE. Tried adding other mods and creating a new group just to test and still the same.
