This group exists to hopefully provide reasonably skilled bodies for lobbies in TF2's matchmaking system.

What is it?
Nobody likes to solo queue, so this group is meant to offer a pool of reasonably competitive people for your MM lobbies. By making a private group we should be able to retain at least some level of competency.

Requirements
To join this group, you need to have to meet at least *one* of the following requirements.

- Rank 4+? (Not enforced until real MM released)
- 2000+ Hours
- Be a member of a team in Steel/Open or better
- Have a admin/mod vouch for you
- 50+ Lobbies on TF2Center or TF2Stadium

Additionally *ALL* members must have working mics and be age 21+ or have the ability to at least pretend and act like it.

General
- Choose your class to support the team, don't be selfish in your class choice unless the group agrees to it.
- Disrespectful behavior against other members will get you kicked from the group.
- Take turns being the medic if your group does not have a dedicated person who wants to fill that role. Basically, don't force someone to play something they don't want to for 6 games in a row.

Creating Events
- Only to be used to schedule event for the built in MM service. No 3rd party sites like TF2C & TF2S.
- Events can only be created by lobby hosts/leaders. Do not create events when just looking for a party to join.
- Include the region you are playing from so people can play with decent pings. eg: [USWest], [USEast], [AU], [EU]
- If you are planning to play for an extended period of time, consider adding the number of games or hours you wish to play for to your posting. Basically, do not spam the group with new events each time you play a single round of MM.
