Geez we're talking non-taswegians (in like one case) and non-school students! How much effort do you think they have and how sobre do you think they are 90% of the time! O.o
You have much to learn brother from the same mother unless I am hopefully adopted :P
Because sure i can invite some *cough* lovely people who like playing tf2, and I know them all irl, but I'm not into the effort thing. Which means I can't be bothered explaining it for them and they're not about to join a random group because I send them an invite :P
