Lux (ルクス, Rukusu) HAKKINDA

The city of Lux, I will state the obvious, is a huge metaphor. Metaphor, a rhetorical figure based on a simile by analogy, whereby a word or phrase is used to express a concept different from what it normally means. A very apt description, just think of the name chosen by the authors, Lux, from the Latin word for “light”, when in reality it is a city located in an underground abyss where the sun’s rays cannot reach. Its light is artificial, as artificial is its nature, the secret of its origin.
