Founded in 2019 by Tawan "ChipFlexes" Saenraluk & Conor "EnergizeD" Mimnagh as a LAN-based clan, LIS are now recognized as the most renowned professional electronic sports brand in the world, most notably known for our history in the game of Counter-Strike.

We’re proud to be one of the newest, largest and most prolific professional competitive esports teams in the world. Our organisation has a history of competing at the top level across multiple titles, never happy with anything less than being best at any game we compete in. Whether it be from our headquarters in Sweden or from one of our other offices around the world, we do our utmost to fulfil our vision by providing our supporters with positive experiences to be remembered for life.

Linköping IS was the first professional esports team to launch our own gaming peripheral company, Tinder. The company has grown to become one of the world’s leading gaming hardware companies. LIS is also active in the space of education within the esports industry through several initiatives, and through several initiatives in collaboration with the Swedish government. In addition to this, Linköping IS is also a founding member of the World Esports Association (WESA).
