The aim of this is to help get it included in proof over at Backpack.tf, so that the Key price gradually decreases. I encourage others who trade at tf2outpost to do the same thing and make trades such as this one. I sadly see only one other person doing this for 3 Refined (Buying and selling). Some help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT (Long): I have closed the trade. The reason why is that I am uncertain whether I want key prices to keep on going down. What originally motivated me to lowering key prices was how it affected the real-life money cost of items (Cost of games in keys and the Steam Community Market Beta). I have now realized that this is not as much a problem for me now.
I will still support the cause of lowering keys, not only due to the fact that it unbalances the pricing of some items, but also to counter people's greed, of which that lead to the increase of keys, so that they can get a profit from said keys (A better and more economical investment would be in buying Vintage/rare/limited items, and selling them over a period time).
I will be keeping an eye on the price of keys. If anything that I wish this group and others to accomplish, it would be to reduce the price of keys to at least (or most) 4 Refined, and/or keep the price of keys stable (4 Refined would be a round, even, sensible value, and would be the equivalent of 3 hats).
