The City 17 Industrial District. A place we'd like to forget, if we haven't already forgotten it. Here is where the Combine produce their memory-altering Breen water, train the CCA OTA, and experiment with new forms of mind control.

Basically, it is Hell on Earth. Citizens disappear from their homes at night, probably to become new test subjects for the CONSUL. Others lose touch with reality, go insane or forget who they are.

Life is tough, but underneath it all, there is hope. Hidden inside the city is a group of individuals whose main priority is to reverse the Universal Union's brain games.

Will the citizens of the City 17 Industrial District unite under him or fall victim to Combine control? Only time will tell...

I am so sarry i could not get back to this i got a sickness called HSP and now i cant rilly move around and im in a weelchare and i have holes bernt into my legs agen i am sarry i cant get back to you guys and that i couldent get all that developer stuff you guys wanted T_T
