How to play a 6v6 pug:

Join a team, doesn't matter what team or class yet. When there are 12 people in teams, the admin will call spec, you must then join spectate unless you want to play medic. Last 2 people to spectate are medics. Medics now fight at mid point - with melee. The teams are now picked by the medics, winner picks first. Also if someone picks up a health kick in the melee fight, the opposition medic will get the first pick.

6v6 Guidelines:

In general, teams have 2 scouts, 2 soldiers a demo and a medic. This is mainly because these are the most mobile classes and this helps the most in open combat. Not using one of these classes is generally referred to as "offclassing". Offclasses are usually used when holding a last point of a 5cp map or sometimes in a stalemate.

How to play a Highlander pug (9v9):

Same as 6v6, but there is a limit to one of each class.

Rules:

#1: Don't be a ♥♥♥♥ to new players or other players, it's fine to give them some constructive criticism, but don't be too harsh.

#2: If anyone pauses the match when it doesn't need to be paused will get a warning, then banned if they carry on.

#3: If you spec up last, your playing medic unless someone else wants to play medic.

#4: If someone leaves, do not join the stacked team, continue playing the class you are playing until someone fills them in.

#5: If you are playing medic, please heal people and don't be a ♥♥♥♥.

#6: If you are medic and fail to pick people, you will be warned, and then you may face a ban, unless you have an excuse.

#7: If in an HL class, and you switch classes you will be banned, after a warning if you consist.

#8: Don't argue with the admins please, your probably not going to win.

#9: If you offclass the whole time, and are being an idiot, you will be asked to play a main class, or may be kicked / banned.

#10: If you have no idea what to do, you will be kicked until you know what you're doing.

# Ban will mostly be 1-3 day bans, if problems persist, a permanent ban will likely come your way. #
