Welcome to the academy

The Khan Academy is the best thing to happen to the internet since Wikipedia. That’s not a quote. That’s just me. But if you want a quote, then Forbes described Salman’s lessons as a;

“Quick and high-quality dose of teaching that you cannot help but understand, and his data suggest he can make you smarter.” -Forbes

And Bill Gates got behind it early on, describing it as ”unbelievable” and going on to say “I’ve been using Khan Academy "

You can find the total archive of over 3,000 micro-lectures via video tutorials stored here on Khan Academy on You Tube and here at Khan Academy’s site. The topics range is quite the panoply. So far it includes mathematics, history, healthcare and medicine, finance, physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy, economics, cosmology, organic chemistry, American civics, art history, microeconomics to computer science.

Is this an official group for Khan Academy, or a non-official?

P.S. Midset, it is a learning platform, not a game. Just sayin’! (Though, due to how the videos are written and the scripting, it can almost sound like one!)

You should check out the Khan Academy Site "www.khanacademy.org" if you're interested. Im also using the Khan Academy app on my Ipad frequently!

Best thing, its free and you can log in with Google or Facebook, or make a Khan Academy account to get personalized progress statistics, badges and so on.

Its really like some kind of game!
