I, Rajima, who has been absent for several weeks without notice (And should have been kicked from Guild ingame by now) apologize for my lack of contribution, or I should say contributing to the lack of functioning interaction.

Your usage of Steam Groups, Calendar RSVP, and Scheduled Interaction is what attracted me to KT in the first place. It saddens me that they were not effectively utilized by the majority of Guild Members. To those who did, and even tried, I personally thank you. To everybody else, the irony is that you'll never read this post in the first place.

I tried to make up for this by using the officer forums, and discussing things there, and holding meetings, but ultimately with out me being here, it was doomed to fail. I will be moving over to join Cerberus Company here shortly and offering my story telling services there when I get a little less busy in the coming months.

I still very much like each and all of you, and will happily game with you within BDO, or other games. Feel free to add me on steam! I know that it is gravely dissapointing, but if you are looking for a new home, you should follow me to cerberus. They are a great group of folks, and very interesting with their role play, and I feel that it would be a good home for those of us that wish to join us there.

I will keep this going as long as people need me to.

I also had not received the feedback i needed for various systems, and rp things that I had set up, and so in the long run it was a ton of work on my side that went unnoticed, and unfulfilled. Which was not helped by the fact that I am so busy in real life at the moment. Also due to my being so busy in real life, the RP side of our house fell short. Which caused a lot of problems within the guild as well.

I knew that running a guild was going to be difficult, and when I first started on this adventure I had a team of people that were going to help me with it, but they have had other plans since the creation of the guild, and it left me rather alone in the leadership role. I filled that void with good people who i felt would be able to hold the house up while I was busy, but, I failed my officers in by being less active as their leader.

@ Kordas - I put Beerhunter in charge for now, he's not active at the moment, but i will look to see if i can move it to someone else that would want to take that lead role. I moved it to him because I know him for real and can still have influence that way.

@Wednesday - Basically there's been a lot of drama that has come up over the past couple weeks and there's not much that I can do about it. Ontop of the drama though, there were a lot of my leadership attempts that were not making through. Like for example the events calander and people not signing up for things that I scheduled, or not showing up for them as well.

Can you explain who the new master is they don't seem active?

Really? What happened between yesterday, and today? Was it just to do with being too busy with school, or was there more to it? I just logged in today after being rather AFKish last night (just AFK doing trade routes to level it up) and now most officers are gone aswell. Am saddened to see this great guild fall apart. I know I wasn't one to really participate in the RP events, but I still enjoyed all the people whom were in it. Last but not least, are you ever going to try to recreate another guild later down the line, or is that it because of how busy your RL is now? Still...thank you for the good times. <3
