Well the only thing new with Jack Thompson(aka the douchenator, aka the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ video game hater, aka ♥♥♥♥♥) was that he appealed for the removal of his permenant disembarment to the supreme court. But the Supreme Court denied it on April 20, 2009 because they are not retarded.

So Jack Thompson isnt a lawyer any more, mission accomplished right? Well basically yes, but we as gamers need to make sure a person like this never gets a chance to get this kind of media attention again. So if you ever see a potential threat, do what ever you can to make sure he or she doesn't become main stream.
