It's Offline

It has happened time and time again. A man, sitting at his computer, goes about his own business. There is the sound of footsteps behind him. Suddenly, he sees a shape behind him and he knows... it is his younger brother. The younger brother stands there, for no reason and stares at the screen. Nothing happens on the screen that is interesting. There are no moving images, there is no text, there is absolutely nothing on that screen that could possibly interest a twelve-year-old boy, and yet he continues to stand there, not moving, not talking. Just staring.
