As for your arguement, I am thinking this "hacking" is based from the amount of points you are earning. Since I don't see any proof of you hacking, I would believe that you are a legit player who doesn't use programs to cheat on this game. Your reasoning are fairly strong seeing as there were many players as of myself who has racked up many points in a day due to excessively playing. With that amount of time you play, you'll get massive amount of buy points. It is clearly not impossible to get that many points in that amount of time.
There is no difference between a "respected" member and a "new" player. Every player are given the same respect and rights. The staff did not create a panel for a "respected" member. There are only Moderators and Administrators. Peacemaker has been a member of this server for a while and you can call him a respected member if you want, but that doesn't give him any special privilages. He is still required to follow the same rules as any other members. Players shouldn't be building in another persons base/fort without permission.
You are to continue to play on the server anytime you want. I will not give you a ban for hacking unless I get actual proof of it.
