major gaming squad

Hy guys,
This is year 2017 . We have been a team from more than 1 and 1/2 years.
As of our squad which is outstanding. Bonds btw us r very tight.So from this january we r taking a step ahead in gaming and our bonding.We have some following points listed up which will enable us to go higher in field of gaming -

1)The members selection.We are making our squad more precise so the people who really wanna part in will show some sign of activity till 4 jan so we can make admins for diiferent games to recruit members and led our squad to the new game.

2)Squad multiplatform.M very happy to say that we r merging in multiple platforms from mobile to pc.

3)YouTube gaming - we want some of our members to start a YouTube channel and once those guys who r willing to work can Stand forward.

4)Building reputation and money for the squad. We gonna build money and repu for the squad and from the squad.

5) try and hard for events. Every one of us gamers will try to attend the event happening near by their town and the supportive members can come to help him/her if they can.

6)Building new members. As for the activity we need to build new members for our squad from different platforms those guys who r Willingly enough to contribute everything for the squad

7)Help and support - for this big step we might need some kind of support n skills ... for examples guys good in video editing,animation drawing,speakers English n hindi, money supporters etc.
We will start our work from 5th jan. in btw any of these days.

Some basic things we need to do first ...
1) count the members who r interested to be stepping ahead for Indian elite
2)Devotees to the squad,supporting each and others
3)A common mail id
4)A common YouTube channel
5)A common indian elite group
6)A Facebook,instagram and twitter social sites for promoting
7)last but not the least "Skills in GAMING"

You guy might be seeking that we are mad or what how we can do these all .it's a so huge step we r dayum busy in our lives how we can manage time etc etc. By the way m not forcing anyone to be a part of our outside squad ... but i will be really glad if u guys will involve in this huge step. I take the responsibility for this consequences but believe me bros together we can do a hell lot of things ... we can really grow up. We all love gaming n we all r very much dedicated to it if u really want gaming to play a role in ur life this is the chance.
We will manage everything according to availability . A single person time schedule for works school n study will not be affected. We will plan efficienctly just tell who all r eager to do this ....
