Final Win and Bonus

Team -

Without further ado, I'm proud of you guys for picking it up and finishing the season strong. I'm happy that we could win on such a strong note, and turn the page to a new chapter for the team.

For the bonus pay out, today we had some match leader payouts and some season leader payouts. The winners are:

I want you guys to post your MVP vote in the comment section and I want you to come up with a reason to why you are placing that MVP vote. You are allowed to vote for yourself but make sure you have a reason. Please remember it doesn't have to be the highest fragger that should be MVP of the team and I want you guys to incorporate all aspects of the game.

My vote is for Cory.

A great supporter in every match he played, he got at least 2 MVP stars in every game he played (First). He came up with countless clutch HS's and averaged a score of 44 which was enough for second place. Mainly playing sites caused his frag count to not be as high. Cory in game Comms are great and I believe most people will agree that he keeps a calm head in a stressful situation. No one was more dedicated this season to the team (aside from me) than Cory, constantly texting me about strats and giving helpful hints to everyone on the team.

Thanks goes to everyone for playing this season has been an exciting season.

Team Evolution - Part I

Team -

For every team there comes a time for change in the way we play. Whether it is a change in the team name, the lineup, or the strats; every team must have the ability to change on the fly. I started this season with few expectations and it has grown to an amazing bunch of guys playing CS go on our own personal server, mumble, and steam group. So many guys in fact that I have decided to take our group to the next level and create a second team of the people we have.

By splitting the group of players we can benefit in a couple of different reasons:

1- Team scrimmages
Now we can have more 10mans and scrimmages at our finger tips w/o needing ESEA or any other subscription based programs.

2- Development
With the introduction of another team, there are ways we can progress in our CS gaming development and run strats and play on a level equal to our own. Instead of mixed with lower/higher levels of play, playing on a level equal to our own and learning accordingly.

3- Single Management
Instead of creating a new team, having two sub-teams under one allows for more fluid transitions and development. We can all be subs for each other teams, but this allows for open communication and feedback about our strats and playing. Resources are also a key which can be utilized by more than one team (i.e. mumble/game server).

4- Playing Time
We have struggled to get everyone involved everyweek with practices and games and some have been here from week1 w/o playing in any matches. In a lot of ways this split is for them to stay with in10sity and get in on the action so everyone can be happy and successful in a squad.

I am happy to announce temporarily the squads that will be in each team:

Team A:

Killtake/Ryan/Panda/Cory/Jack

Solid group of guys that I believe can take everything to the next level. Panda will lead this squad as IGL with the rest of the squad supporting him.

Team Z:

Zild/Puff/Legend/Quatage/TBD

I will lead group Z to the promise land and we will defeat Team A at all times.

These rosters will become effective at the conclusion of our first CEVO season regardless of the outcome. I will still be managing both teams and supporting where I can by scheduling practices, sponsoring bonuses and making announcements. I'm excited to see this new chapter for in10sity and can't wait to start fragging!
